I sneer at you New York Fashion Week Top Trends. Minimalism? Neutral colours? Practical shoes? The horror, the horror. Runway fashion is meant to inspire. There's nothing inspiring about a beige wardrobe. As Marilyn Monroe said "it's better to be absolutely ridiculous than absolutely boring." Now designers, listen up: Go back to the drawing board and dream and explore. Create wonder and whimsy and fantastically impractical clothing. Light a fire and watch the world catch blaze.
